It all began 7:00pm thursday night as we did last minute repairs on bikes before the big excursion to the "deliverance rally" in blairesville,ga.
after about three hours of fucking around we got the face paint on billy's clown bike and headed to jeff and chris' to load all of the bikes into the trailer and back of the truck. it took alot of shifting, shoving, strapping, and alot of bitching but we finallyhad them secured and were ready to go.
the lack of sleep and over indulgence of beer had left most of us in a crippling stooper 15-20 minutes into the 12 hour ride. but it was not to be all slumber and luxury,it seemed as soon as i had passed out i was awoken to a stench that can only be left by five full grown flattulent men,one of which is a sober vegitarian(cow farts). we had made it to our first stop around 8:30am for breakfast at cafe risque, first off looking at a strip club front, sober and by the light of day was disorienting enough but the clencher waspaying three dollars to go in and have eggs. but in all honesty it was well worth it to be served by an attractive naked girl, and the icing on that cake was to see john get a lap dance in a security monitor wihile we waited to pay our bills.well back on the road we went, after a full stomache and laughing at chris for any number of reasons, most of us went back to sleep.
i believe i awoke at around 11:00am, as we all started sturring around billy immediatelly led us in a chorus of "coom bi yah" with his ass cheeks, he then taught us some georgia eticate by letting us know about" playing a rusty trumpet"(you need to ask billy)we all had a laugh at his expence.about one hour later we were in blairesville,we were quick to hit the first piggly wiggly we came across,"were is yor beer?" was the unified cry we sounded , one of the backstreet boys and his grandmother(both baggers)with smug looks said "it's a dry county ya gotta hed up yonder bout five minutes" with no waste of time we were off to the promised land called hellen. several minutes later we realised it must be georgia time because five was more like twenty minutes, then we saw it the land of umpa lumpa's and weinnerschnitzels(we're from the magic kingdom and its not even that wierd) into the first liquer store we went we proceeded to empty the shelves of P.B.R. and a large dent i! n the"BEAST" supply . as we were leaving one of the townfolks said nice mopeds can't believe you guys ride them,so with a one finger salute we were off towords the camp grounds.
thanks to misgiven directions we took the long whinding nausiating trek up the side of the mountain which took about thirty minutes and almost made billy and john throw-up ,anywho, finally we had made it to the site . the camp grounds were the perfect for the so named rally because the site attendant was more" duelling banjo's" than i had ever seen. once we had pulled in and started unloading we were greeted by craig (intown cycles) who said we were some of the first to arive. with the strength of several beers in us we started setting up tents, shortly we were joined by several of the imperial crew and joined in helping them unload the provisions.
dinner still pending we(john&matt)took the liberty of catching several pounds of trout from the farm, with the grounds keepers seasonings and cooking skills it was some of the best fish ever made.the rest of the evening was filled with more drinking tomfoolery, smoking billy out of his tent, and chris, arron, and myself picking our bikes up on several occasions. eventually what is up must lay down ,so i did.
the next morning i awoke around 8:30 am after a healthy shit'n'shower several of the others had awoken and we were all about ready for breakfast. everyone had hearty helpings exept the veggie and mock-veggie who picked over everything. well one consolation was that brett the twig eatting northerner finally tried grits. soon after everyone began to get ready for the upcomming ride, which was a very nice ride and definitlly weeded out which bikes wouldn't make it on the second run,we returned to camp for about an hour for a quick liquide lunch before the next ride which was alot more intence. when i returned from ride#2 chris, john, and matt were playing P.B.R.baseball billy was knapping and arron was still asleep from the night before.
around 5:00 the game began ,it was the slow race ,and even though there were four of the seven participants in our club we still didn't win as a matter of fact we lost to a twist'n'go.thankfully we fared much better at the judging and raffle: we took rat bike and asshole awards as well as lots of cool junk from the raffle.after the evenings to does everyone continued socializing including a bond fire war ,a food fight ,and the ever popular mochismo punching contest. overall the rally and entire weekend were a success and loads of fun.we will defenitelly go back (provided we are allowed )
